Position:
Caregiver /Medication Technician Schedule:
6:45am to 3:00pm and 3:00 PM-7:00 PM About the role We provide person-centered care in a small, home-like assisted living. The Caregiver/Med Tech will support residents during breakfast and evening routines, safely administer medications, complete accurate documentation, and communicate with families and supervisors. Key responsibilities Administer medications and complete Med Tech-related tasks. Provide assistance with ADLs including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility. Support morning routines and evening care, including meal assistance and medication reminders. Record care and changes in condition in facility logs. Maintain clean, safe resident environment; follow infection control procedures. Communicate professionally with families and team members. Required certifications and qualifications Current Med Tech certification. Current CPR and First Aid certifications. Valid background check and willingness to submit to required screenings. Reliable, punctual, compassionate, and comfortable working in a small residential setting. What we offer Predictable split shifts that support work-life balance. Training and team support.
