Our mission is to provide a nurturing environment that promotes independence and dignity for seniors. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Medication Manager to join our team at Grand Haven Retirement. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe and effective administration of medications to our residents, contributing significantly to their overall health and well-being. Responsibilities Oversee medication administration processes to ensure compliance with safety standards Monitor residents' responses to medications and report any concerns Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations regarding patient information Provide training and support for staff on best practices in medication management. Assist residents with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support clients with mobility and physical activities, such as walking or exercise.
