CMM / CMA

is responsible for observing residents, reporting and documenting observations, and following an outlined care plan. We want individuals who are compassionate , caring , dependable , & honest ! CMM / CMA's provide personal care that includes but is not limited to: Bathing Assisting patients with dressing, undressing, and personal hygiene Oral hygiene Shampoos Changing bed linens Skincare to prevent breakdown Toileting activities Light Housekeeping which may include laundry Meal Preparation Assist in feeding the patient, if necessary. Assist in ambulation and exercise according to the plan of care. Report on resident's condition and any significant changes. Job Requirements Verifiable work experience All candidates will undergo a background check Ability to read and follow instructions Empathy is a MUST Access to reliable transportation

Duties:

Assisting client with personal care and hygiene Reading, writing, and carrying out directions Reporting changes in the health or status of the resident Responding to emergency situations Hours per week: 40 / wk
