Med Techs Caregivers What We're Looking For:
Med Tech Qualifications:
Certified/licensed to pass medications in the state of Idaho (or ability to obtain certification) Experience with medication administration and documentation Strong attention to detail and communication skills Dependability and compassion for working with seniors
Caregiver Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required Ability to assist residents with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Kind, patient, and team-oriented mindset Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Responsibilities May Include:
Medication delivery and documentation (Med Techs) Charting and incident reporting Supporting residents with daily needs and personal care (Caregivers) Assisting with meal service and light housekeeping Communicating with physicians, nurses, and family members Most importantly — making a difference in the lives of our seniors!
Schedule & Pay:
Shifts:
8-hour shifts, weekends and holidays required
Job Types:
Full-time (SWING available) 2pm - 10:30pm
Pay Range:
$18.00 - $18.75 per hour Benefits (After 60 Days): Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Flexible schedule
