We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with medication administration and support residents in maintaining their health and well-being.Responsibilities:
Administer medications as directed and in accordance with facility policies Accurately document medication administration and resident responses Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to nursing staff Assist with daily living activities as needed Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environmentQualifications:
Current Med Tech certification Experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focusedWhy Join Us:
