About Us At Caring Hearts Assisted Living, we believe in treating our residents like family. As a locally owned memory care facility specializing in Alzheimer's and dementia, we provide high-quality, hands-on care in a supportive and professional environment. We're looking for compassionate individuals to join our growing team.
Position Details Schedule:
Full-Time or Part-Time Swing Shifts available
Shift Differentials Offered:
  • $1.00/hour on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
  • $0.50/hour on overnight shifts
  • $1.
00/hour on Friday & Saturday overnight shifts What You'll Do Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including: Bathing, toileting, dressing, and hygiene Meal prep, laundry, and housekeeping Provide medication assistance and monitoring (Med Tech duties) Create a safe, respectful, and loving environment Communicate effectively with staff and residents Requirements Must be 18 years or older ( 16+ with CNA welcome ) Valid First Aid/CPR & Assistance with Medications certification ( We can help you get certified if needed! ) Must pass a criminal background check Strong communication skills and a passion for care Why Work With Us?
