QMA - Full Time & Part Time Oasis Dementia Care - 4.0 Evansville, IN Job Details Part-time $20 - $23 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) matching Referral program Qualifications Working with individuals with dementia Teamwork Medication administration Long-term care facility experience Memory care Full Job Description We are seeking a dependable and compassionate QMA to join our assisted living memory care team immediately. this position is ideal for someone who is organized reliable and comfortable working closely with residents in a supportive care environment.
Qualifications:
Active Indiana QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) Certification Medication administration experience Assisted living or long-term care experience preferred Reliable attendance and teamwork What we offer: Supportive assisted living enviornment Full Time and Part Time hours $20-$25/hr (based on experience, longevity, and shift differential) Dementia trained team (Teepa Snow PAC) Immediate interview / quick start available About us Oasis Dementia Care has served the Tri-State area since 2015. Our caregivers are trained in Teepa Snow's Positive Approach to Care (PAC) and are encouraged to take extra time to build meaningful relationships with residents. We have been recognized for our innovative approach, receiving the Innovation of the Year Award in 2016 from the Indiana Assisted Living Association. We are a locally owned Assisted living facility with low ratios (1 CNA to 9 Residents) with a focus on person-centered care and giving each resident the care they deserve.
