Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) Healthwin Health and Rehabilitation | South Bend, Indiana Full-Time 6A-6P We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities:
Administer medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and physician orders Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and report any concerns Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation Work collaboratively with nursing staff to ensure the highest level of resident care Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance standards
Qualifications:
Active QMA certification in the state of Indiana (required) Current CNA certification in good standing Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused Salary/ Wage Range Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
