In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for both medication administration and hands-on personal care for our adult residents. You will play a vital part in maintaining a safe, dignified, and nurturing home environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed oral, topical, and other medications per physician orders and facility protocols
  • Accurately document medication administration and report adverse reactions or missed doses promptly
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
  • Monitor and record vital signs; report changes in resident condition to the supervisor or nurse
  • Provide compassionate emotional support and maintain respectful, person-centered care at all times
  • Assist with meal preparation, feeding support, and light housekeeping as neededMaintain accurate care records and assist with state-required documentation
  • Communicate effectively with team members, families, and healthcare professionals to support resident wellbeing Requirements ✓Current, valid CMA certification in the state ✓Experience working with adults in a residential or assisted living setting preferred ✓Strong understanding of medication safety, rights of medication administration, and error reporting ✓Ability to pass a background check and drug screening✓Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision ✓CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer•Competitive pay rate•Flexible scheduling•Supportive team environment•Small, home-like setting
