Position Overview:
As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) at MorningStar Memory Care, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents. You will be responsible for safely administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting the overall health and well-being of those in your care. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of older adults living with memory care needs. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment where every shift matters.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Passing medications & working in point click care.
  • Monitor residents' health and report any changes to nursing staff.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and residents' well-being.
Qualifications:
  • Current CMA certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
  • Experience in assisted living or healthcare preferred.
