Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMAs). Our CMAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident's needs. Positions Available Part Time Days, 16 hours per week 7:00am•3:30pm

Sunday, Thursday, Monday, Saturday Part Time Evenings, 24 hours per week 3pm-11:30pm

Compensation:
Ranging from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour; based upon years of licensure. Potential for shift differential of $1.00 per hour for evening and night shifts. How you will make an impact Supporting the resident's physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs Assisting residents in activities of daily living Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging Providing assistance with resident activities and programs Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter Administration of medication to residents What you will need Must be at least 18 years of age C urrent CNA certification for the state in which you are working Current certification for Medication Administration•per state requirements Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred Current CPR certification preferred. Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable. These regulations take precedence over the requirements outlined in the job description.
