Lorien Columbia is looking to hire a Certified Medication Aide to join our team. Responsibilities:
Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and community policies. Document medication administration accurately and promptly. Observe residents for side effects or changes in condition and report concerns to the nurse or Director of Nursing. Assist with medication storage, inventory, and organization to ensure safety and compliance. Follow all policies, procedures, and safety standards related to medication management. Support resident care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing or licensed nursing staff.
Qualifications:
Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities.
Full Time Hours Schedule:
7A-3:30P Every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) Maryland CMA license Maryland GNA license Lorien Columbia has been in the heart of Howard County, MD since 1977 and is the first of 9 Lorien facilities. Our facility includes skilled nursing, rehabilitation, outpatient therapy, as well as the only Korean nursing unit in Howard County with 215 beds total, 5 nursing units.
