Shift Times Second Shift:

What You'll Do Administer medications safely and accurately Assist residents with daily living needs (bathing, dressing, meals, mobility) Provide specialized support for memory care residents Monitor health, record vital signs, and update care plans Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure individualized, high-quality care Build meaningful connections with residents and families What We're Looking For Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care preferred Knowledge of medical documentation (EMar) Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach Team player committed to safety, dignity, and respect Why Join Us Family-owned, supportive environment — not a corporate chain Proud West Michigan roots with a true community feel Opportunity to make a real impact in residents' lives
