Your responsibilities will include:
Providing compassionate companionship to residents and assisting with daily activities such as transferring, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking Administering medications and injections to residents based on physicians' orders recorded in medical charts Ensuring the cleanliness of the environment which may involve light housekeeping duties Ensuring strict adherence to safety and health standards, including meticulous infection control procedures Monitoring for changes in residents' conditions and promptly communicate any changes to the supervisor Following schedule, assisting residents with repositioning Adhering to procedures regarding documenting of medications accurately Utilize good judgment in providing client care and ensuring their safety Assisting other team members with their duties as necessary Responding to call lights and assess residents' needs promptly Obtain meal trays and assist with eating Other duties as assigned by supervisor Benefits we can provide you: Opportunities for growth within our supportive team Employee Recognition events
