Job Description

Cura Health is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Medication Aide to join our healthcare team. As a Medication Aide, you will be responsible for administering medications to patients according to prescribed instructions, monitoring for side effects, and maintaining accurate medication records. You will work closely with nursing and medical staff to ensure patients receive safe and effective medication management. Responsibilities:
Administer medications to patients as prescribed, following established protocols and safety procedures. Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report any concerns promptly. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records and documentation. Ensure proper storage and handling of medications in compliance with regulations. Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care. Educate patients on medication usage when appropriate. Adhere to all organizational policies, healthcare regulations, and safety standards. Requirements Certification as a Medication Aide and Nursing Assistant. Previous experience in medication administration preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow protocols and maintain patient safety. Good communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare staff. Reliable and responsible with a professional approach to patient care.
