We are seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team at Livingston Manor Care Center, a unique and small skilled nursing facility. As a CMT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and under the supervision of licensed nurses Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to licensed nurses Assist with vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse Help with mobility, ambulation, and transfer of residents Provide basic care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Maintain accurate and detailed records of medication administration and resident care Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
Certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Must be able to relocate to Chillicothe, MO before starting work
