CMT:

Accurately administer prescribed medications and treatments under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Observe and document residents' responses to medications and report any adverse effects. Maintain up-to-date medication records and assist in the documentation of patient care. Support residents with daily living activities as needed. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare staff to ensure resident well-being. Uphold infection control, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance. Support the overall mission of The Bluffs by promoting resident dignity and independence.

Qualifications:

Current and valid CMT certification in Missouri

REQUIRED.

Prior experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing setting preferred. Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. A caring, patient-centered approach and a commitment to teamwork. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays. What The Bluffs can offer you!
