Certified Medication Tech (CMT) 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars Certified Medication Tech (CMT) - PART_TIME_AND_FULL_TIME Position Fulton Manor Care Center, Fulton, MO Join our team at Fulton Manor Care Center, where we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and compassion to our residents. As a Certified Medication Tech (CMT) at Fulton Manor Care Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate individual to join our team and assist with the administration of medications, treatments, and other medical procedures.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by residents' physicians Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse Assist with resident care and activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatments Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans Participate in resident care conferences and family meetings Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Requirements:
CMT certification High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a healthcare-related field preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
