Qualifications Current Missouri CMT Certification Current Missouri CNA Certification BLS/CPR Certification Previous patient care experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Clinical Responsibilities Participate in shift report Perform routine resident care in accordance with Federal, State, Company, and facility policies and procedures Employ preventative and restorative care measures Follow infection control and handwashing procedures at all times Assist in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents Administrative Responsibilities Promptly report changes in resident condition to the nurse supervisor Complete PRN documentation accurately Report medication reorders and supply needs Participate in meetings, training, and required in-services Inventory medications and complete designated documentation Apply today and become part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional care at Capitol River Wellness & Rehabilitation!
