Capitol River Wellness & Rehabilitation is now hiring dependable and caring CMTs for our Weekend Day Shift or Evening Shift team. If you're passionate about resident care and want to work with a supportive nursing team, we'd love to meet you! Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a real difference in residents' lives Stable weekend scheduling Professional growth opportunities Fast interview process Job Summary The Certified Medication Technician (CMT) works under the direct supervision of the charge nurse to ensure medications are administered safely, accurately, and timely while maintaining the highest quality of resident care. Qualifications Current Missouri CMT Certification Current Missouri CNA Certification BLS/CPR Certification Previous patient care experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Clinical Responsibilities Participate in shift report Perform routine resident care in accordance with Federal, State, Company, and facility policies and procedures Employ preventative and restorative care measures Follow infection control and handwashing procedures at all times Assist in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents Administrative Responsibilities Promptly report changes in resident condition to the nurse supervisor Complete PRN documentation accurately Report medication reorders and supply needs Participate in meetings, training, and required in-services Inventory medications and complete designated documentation Apply today and become part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional care at Capitol River Wellness & Rehabilitation!
