New Florence, MO Shifts:
Part-Time Day/Evening (+Rotating Weekends)
Pay Rate:
Starting $21/hour and up Increased Shift Differential Available! Up to $4hr! Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team. As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) with Aspire Senior Living New Florence, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Our ideal candidate is a reliable and skilled individual who can administer prescribed medications and treatments, observe residents for side effects, and maintain compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations. Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by a licensed nurse Accurately document medication administration and resident responses Observe residents for side effects and report any adverse reactions to the nursing team Assist with daily living activities as needed, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility support Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations Promote a safe and clean environment for residents and staff Certified Medication Technician (CMT)
Qualifications:
