Full Job Description Description:
Administer medications to residents as prescribed by the healthcare provider. Ensure that all medications are dispensed accurately, safely, and in a timely manner. Monitor residents for adverse reactions or side effects of medication and report to the licensed nurse as needed. Document medication administration and resident response in the electronic health record (EHR). Order and receive medications as directed by the licensed nurse. Assist with medication inventory management and reordering. Communicate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals regarding medication administration and changes in medication regimens. Other duties as assigned including but not limited to caregiving and or light housekeeping.
Requirements:
Level 1 Medication Aide (L1MA) certification is required in the state of practice. Insulin Administration Certification is required in the state of practice. CPR certification is preferred. Benefits for Full-Time Associates at
