As a Part-Time Overnight Medication Aide, you will assist with medication administration, resident care needs, and overnight safety while building trusted relationships with those you serve. Position Summary Nye Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Medication Aide to join our Assisted Living Facility (ALF) team on overnight shifts. This position plays a vital role in supporting residents through safe medication administration, attentive care, and meaningful interactions that promote comfort, dignity, and independence. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, detail-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional resident-centered service. Essential Duties Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies Accurately document medication administration and resident care activities Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to nursing leadership Respond promptly to resident call lights and overnight needs Ensure resident safety, comfort, and security throughout the overnight shift Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents and team members Communicate effectively with nurses, caregivers, residents, and families Qualifications Current 40-hour Medication Aide certification in the state of Nebraska required Previous assisted living or long-term care experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining excellent resident care Ability to prioritize tasks and respond appropriately in urgent situations Why Join Nye Health Services?
