Position Summary Nye Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable Medication Aide to join our evening team. In this role, you will support residents by safely administering medications, assisting with daily care needs, and helping create a positive, resident-centered environment. This position plays an important role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional service and personalized care each day. Essential Duties Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the nurse promptly Accurately document medication administration and resident care tasks Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors Communicate effectively with nurses, caregivers, residents, and family members Support resident dignity, independence, and quality of life through compassionate care Follow all state regulations, infection control procedures, and company policies Qualifications Current 40-hour Medication Aide certification in the state of Nebraska required Previous long-term care or assisted living experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude Why Join Nye Health Services?
