Job Description

Adept Nursing & Rehab of North Platte is now Now Hiring Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) for Assisted Living & Skilled Nursing!
Skilled Nursing shifts available:
Day:
6a-2p
FT Night:
6p-10p FT/PT Weekend Baylor program: Fri, Sat, Sun 12hr shifts work 36 get paid 40!
Assisted Living shifts available:
12 hr shifts 6a-6p & 6p-6a What we offer: $2500 sign on bonus!
Pay rate:
$18- $22 based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) 401k Flexible scheduling Ongoing training and career growth opportunities Supportive team environment The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) is responsible for administering medications to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, while ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance.
Qualifications:
Active Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in NE Current CNA certification in NE Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Key Responsibilities Administer medications accurately and safely per physician orders Observe residents for side effects or reactions and report changes promptly Document medication administration in accordance with facility policies Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Maintain clean, organized medication carts and storage areas Follow all state regulations and facility protocols Provide compassionate, respectful care to all residents Apply today and make a difference in the lives of those we serve!
