Part-Time Overnight Hillsbrook Village Senior Living Community Allenstown, NH Schedule:
3:00 PM- 11:00 PM Part-Time or Per Diem Weekends and weekdays as needed Hourly | Non-Exempt Overnight shift differential available Calm Nights.

Independent Living Assisted Living (He-P 804) Egis Memory & Nursing Support Neighborhood (He-P 805) What You'll Do Medication and Resident Care Support Administer medications in accordance with certification, state regulations, and community policy Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly Assist with activities of daily living as needed during overnight hours Support resident comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the shift Overnight Monitoring and Safety Perform routine rounds to ensure resident well-being and building safety Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely, professional manner Assist with early morning routines and transitions to day shift Documentation and Compliance Accurately document care provided, medication administration, and observations Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality Follow all safety, infection control, and emergency procedures Team Support Communicate clearly with the on-shift nurse and incoming team Participate in shift report and ensure continuity of care Support a respectful, professional, and team-oriented environment What We're Looking For Current MNA certification in New Hampshire Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care preferred Strong attention to detail, especially with medication administration Ability to work independently and stay focused overnight Calm, reliable, and professional demeanor Strong observational and communication skills Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Why This Role Stands Out Consistent overnight schedule with predictable workflow Stable team environment with strong staffing consistency Lower-interruption environment compared to day shifts Competitive pay with overnight shift differential Supportive leadership and well-run clinical structure Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents Apply Today If you are a dependable MNA who values consistency, professionalism, and a focused work environment, we encourage you to apply.Location:
