Job Description
CMA's, CHHA's, LPN's....we are hiring NOW! Bentley Commons at Paragon Village, located in Morris County, NJ, is currently hiring CMA's, CHHA's and LPN's. We are the Community that treats you like family, so come join us! Seeking organized, motivated and compassionate team members with the desire to make an impact with our Residents and families. Full time, part-time hours and per diem hours - flexible schedules available. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide medication administration, assistance, support and supervision to our Residents.
- Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship to our Residents.
- Engage and assist Residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Seek out and observe changes in Residents' daily routine and personal care needs to maintain and update their personal service plan.
- Encourage Resident participation in Community programs and activities.
