  • Certified Medication Assistant
  • Join the Heartsworth Center Nursing team as a Certified Medication Assistant in Vinita, Oklahoma!
  • At Heartsworth Center Nursing, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Certified Medication Assistant, you will play a vital role in our healthcare team, assisting with medication management, care coordination, and resident support.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist with medication administration
  • : Safely dispense medications to residents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide care coordination
  • : Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assist with daily living activities
  • : Support residents with daily tasks, such as grooming, bathing, and dressing.
  • Monitor resident status
  • : Observe and report changes in resident condition, vital signs, and behavior to healthcare staff.
  • Maintain accurate records
  • : Document medications administered, care provided, and resident progress in accordance with facility policies.
  • Requirements:
  • Certification as a Medication Assistant
  • : Valid certification as a Medication Assistant in the state of Oklahoma.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • : A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
  • : Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
