Med Tech - Memory Care Dallas Retirement Village | Dallas, OR We're looking for dependable, reliable team members ready to step into a hands-on caregiving role in a fast-paced assisted living environment. At Dallas Retirement Village , our Med Techs play a key role in creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming home for our residents while working closely with the care team. This is a hands-on position where you'll administer medications, provide direct support, assist with daily routines, and help ensure quality care and comfort for those we serve. What You Bring Previous experience working as a med tech and/or with the geriatric population is preferred Must possess a current CPR certification or be willing to obtain one with assistance from the facility Must possess a current Food Handlers certification or be willing to obtain one with assistance from the facility Must be able to read, understand and write in English to perform documentation each shift Must interact tactfully with staff, residents, family members, visitors, government staff and the general public. Must be highly customer service oriented and dedicated to providing superior hospitality and service to our residents.
