At Pacific Grove Senior Living, our Med Techs play an important role in supporting the health, comfort, and wellbeing of our residents every day. We are looking for dependable, caring individuals who are passionate about helping seniors and thrive in a supportive team environment. What You'll Do As a Med Tech, you will help provide safe, quality care to residents by: Assisting with medication administration and documentation Maintaining accurate Medication Assistance Records (MARs) Monitoring residents for changes in condition and reporting concerns to nursing leadership Assisting residents with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and personal care Taking vital signs and supporting resident wellness needs Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe medication room Supporting a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment Working closely with caregivers, nursing staff, families, and healthcare providers What We're Looking For Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Med Tech experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Senior living, caregiving, healthcare, or medication administration experience is a plus Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when needed Why Join Pacific Grove?
