Job Description
Liza's House, a boutique personal care home, is seeking qualified Personal Care Aides / Med Techs to support resident‑centered care in a regulated, professional environment. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, strong clinical skills, and adherence to safety and compliance standards and exceptional resident and family engagement. Key Responsibilities Administer medications in accordance with regulatory guidelines Maintain med cart organization, documentation accuracy, and compliance Provide resident education regarding medications Ensure secure and confidential handling of all medication information Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, toileting, grooming, and mobility Support household tasks as needed Participate in required training and maintain DHS compliance Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members Requirements Med Tech certification required High School Diploma or GED Every other weekend required CPR/First Aid certification preferred Must pass a criminal background check Liza's House is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
