Job Description

Medication Technician For over 60 years, St. Anne Home, a ministry of the Felician Sisters of North America, has been committed to offering superior health care services to the senior members of our community. We are seeking to hire a Medication Technician/Caregiver - Personal Care. $17.47 to $20.50 per hour based on experience. Plus $2 per hour as Med Tech.
Full-Time Schedule:
2:30pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am shifts available.
Medication Technician Qualifications:
PA CMA Certification. Must have successful completion of training in Assistance with Self Administered Medication. High School Diploma or equivalent. Personal Care experience preferred.
Medication Technician Job Summary:
Assist residents with the management of self administered medication. Attend and participate in the required in-service class on Assistance with Self Administered Medications. Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, toileting, and/or transferring as needed Assist and participate with socialization of residents. Serve food trays and assist with the set up of the meals as instructed. Assist residents to the dining areas and prepare for meals. Initiate CPR or other emergency intervention for residents as needed. This is a brief overview of job responsibilities and not intended to be all inclusive.
