In this role, you will ensure medications are administered safely, accurately, and in compliance with physician orders and state personal care regulations , while supporting residents' independence and quality of life. Competitive hourly pay No-Frills pay option (higher base rate) Flexible scheduling (Full-Time & Part-Time available) Supportive leadership and team environment On-the-job training and continued education Opportunities for advancement Employee appreciation programs Stable and rewarding healthcare career Key Responsibilities Medication Administration Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and personal care regulations Document medication administration, refusals, and observations accurately Monitor residents for adverse reactions and report concerns immediately Maintain accurate narcotic counts and controlled substance records Resident Care Support Assist residents with care needs as directed Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life Build positive relationships with residents and families Compliance & Organization Maintain a clean, organized, and secure medication cart Communicate with pharmacy regarding refills, returns, and discrepancies Ensure compliance with medication safety standards and infection control practices Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Completion of a state-approved Medication Administration Program Experience in personal care or long-term care preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively in English Compassionate, dependable, and professional Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to work in a fast-paced care environment Schedule & Details Full-Time & Part-Time positions available Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidaysLocation:
