Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers Encourage and support residents emotionally, socially, and physically Promote resident participation in community and engagement activities Help create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for residents Maintain clean and organized resident living spaces Build respectful and caring relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED required Med Tech certification preferred (Support is available for qualified candidates seeking certification.) CPR certification preferred (Support is available for qualified candidates seeking certification.)
