Job Description

We are hiring Resident Assistants and Medication Technicians to provide high-quality, 24/7 care in a supportive, team-focused environment. We are proud to exceed state staffing standards, allowing our team to provide better care with less burnout. Flexible Scheduling Options (Full-Time & Part-Time): Day, Evening, and Overnight shifts available to fit your schedule.
What You'll Do Resident Assistants:
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, transfers) Provide companionship and support Maintain a safe and comfortable environment Observe and report changes in resident condition
Medication Technicians:
Administer medications per physician orders and PA regulations Accurately document on MAR Monitor for side effects and ensure medication safety Support resident care as needed What We're Looking For Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented individuals Strong communication and interpersonal skills High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred/Required:
Medication certification (or willingness to obtain) CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days) No experience required - we provide training! Why Join Wynwood House? Pay:
$15.00 - $26.50 per hour
