This position demands unwavering attention to detail, strict adherence to protocols, and a commitment to providing exceptional care. We offer a competitive benefits package and generous salary starting at $17 per hour. Provide essential assistance to residents with activities of daily living, maintaining their dignity and independence.

Administer medications with utmost precision and safety, including oral, ophthalmic, optic, nasal, rectal, and topical forms, as prescribed by the physician.

Implement a rigorous three-step verification process before administering any medication:

Confirm resident identityVerify correct medicationEnsure proper dosage, form, route, timing, and frequency (e.g., 1 hour after meals)Maintain strict compliance with medication labeling requirements to prevent potential errors.

Uphold the highest standards of care and safety in all aspects of medication management and resident interaction.

QualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma required.

Completion of a recognized Medication Administration course is a plus.

Experience1 year experience or training, preferably working with older adults or in the retirement housing industry.
