Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications to residents as prescribed, following safety protocols and regulations Document medication administration accurately and in a timely manner Assist in monitoring resident reactions to medications and report any concerns to nursing staff Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure optimal care Support residents with daily living activities when needed, promoting independence and dignity Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, ensuring all health and safety standards are met Foster positive relationships with residents and their families through kindness, respect, and understanding
