The Estates at Grand Prairie is looking for a compassionate and reliable Medication Technician to join our friendly, dynamic team in sunny Texas! What's the job? As a Medication Technician, you'll be an essential part of our team, helping our residents stay healthy and happy by assisting them with their medications under the guidance of our wonderful nursing staff. You'll be the person who ensures our residents get their meds on time, safely, and with a smile! No certification? No problem! You don't need a certification to get started—just a caring attitude and the willingness to learn. You'll work closely with a nurse who will provide support and training as you grow in the role. What you'll be doing: Helping our residents with their daily medications (don't worry, we'll train you on everything you need to know!) Keeping accurate records of medication administration Providing compassionate care while ensuring safety and comfort for all residents Working closely with nurses and other team members to create a supportive, welcoming environment What we're looking for: A friendly, dependable personality who enjoys helping others Attention to detail and a love for keeping things organized The ability to work as part of a team (we're a close-knit group!)
