Duties:

Deliver routine daily medications, either prescription or non-prescription, to patients Coordinate with different nurses to assist with patient care and medications Follow written or verbal instructions on how to manage medications Record medication dosages and times Respond to patients call signals to identify patients' needs Perform all duties in compliance with federal, state and local regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

CNA and Medication Aide Certificate (CMA) is required Have a "Customer Service" attitude Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner

• Administer medications to patients as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Monitor and document patients' medication intake and any adverse reactions
• Assist with phlebotomy procedures as needed
• Utilize electronic medical record systems (PCC) to record patient information and medication administration
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure accurate and timely medication administration
• Maintain inventory of medications and supplies, ensuring proper storage and disposal procedures are followed
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a Medication Aide training program or certification
