Clinical Coordinator - Medication Aide Find Your Joy Here The Wellington at Arapaho, a 45-unit Assisted Living Community, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Clinical Coordinator / Medication Aide to support the daily operations of the Wellness Department. This role assists the Wellness Director with staffing coordination, resident care management, and medication support while helping create a safe, engaging, and service-focused environment for residents and team members alike. Responsibilities Assist with staffing schedules and coverage needs for the clinical department Provide Medication Aide coverage as needed Support the Wellness Director with day-to-day wellness operations Coordinate resident care and communicate changes in condition appropriately Partner with caregivers, families, physicians, and outside providers to support resident needs Assist with onboarding and support of caregiving and Med Aide team members Help maintain compliance with community policies and state regulations Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on hospitality and service Qualifications Medication Aide certification or clinical licensure as required by state regulations Two-years supervisory/management experience with direct care staff Previous experience in senior living / assisted living or healthcare preferred Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Ability to work flexible hours as needed Compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented mindset Why Join Our Team?
