In this rewarding role, you will help ensure residents receive medications safely and accurately while providing exceptional care and service in a supportive senior living environment. About ARC The Army Residence Community is a premier nonprofit senior living community in San Antonio dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our residents through exceptional care, service, and compassion. Position Responsibilities Administer medications as prescribed and in accordance with state regulations and facility policies. Observe residents for medication effectiveness and potential side effects. Accurately document medication administration and resident information. Communicate resident concerns and changes in condition to the nursing team. Assist with resident care activities as assigned. Maintain medication carts, supplies, and records in a safe and organized manner. Promote a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment. Qualifications Current Texas Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required. Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members. Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety.
