This position is ideal for individuals looking for flexible scheduling while making a positive impact in the lives of seniors. As a PRN CMA, you will assist with medication administration and resident care while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for our residents. Position Responsibilities Administer medications as prescribed and in accordance with state regulations and facility policies. Observe residents for medication effectiveness, side effects, and changes in condition. Accurately document medication administration and resident information. Communicate resident concerns and status changes to the nursing team. Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed. Maintain medication carts, supplies, and records in a safe and organized manner. Provide excellent customer service and compassionate care to residents and families. Qualifications Current Texas Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required. Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification preferred. Previous experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or senior healthcare preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
