Administer medications to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses and physicians Conduct accurate medication counts and reconcile discrepancies Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration Collaborate with other care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor residents' responses to medication and report any adverse reactions to the healthcare team Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, facility policies, and professional standardsRequirements:
