BECOMING OUR ASSISTED LIVING MED TECH
This position works a full-time OR part-time schedule.
All shifts are available:
AM, PM, Swing, and NOC. As our Assisted Living Med Tech, you will play a vital role in supporting resident health and safety by accurately administering medications and treatments under the direction of a licensed nurse. You will assist residents with daily needs while upholding their dignity, privacy, and rights, and ensure precise documentation of medication administration and any changes in condition. In this role, you will also perform basic treatments such as simple dressing changes and skin care, promote resident independence through respectful support, and carry out delegated tasks from nursing leadership. Your commitment to compassionate, consistent, and detail‑oriented care will directly contribute to maintaining a high-quality, supportive environment for every resident. What you'll need: Current Caregiver or CNA Certification Med Tech certification Strong communication skills with residents, families, and team members Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist with resident transfers Willingness and desire to work with senior residents A respectful, empathetic, and dependable approach to care
