Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and focused Certified Medication Technician to join our healthcare team. This essential role ensures our residents receive proper medication management and support in their daily care routines.
Key Responsibilities:
Medication Administration:
Accurately dispense and document medications according to physician orders and company protocols.
Resident Care:
Assist with daily living activities, ensuring the comfort and well-being of each resident.
Compliance & Safety:
Follow all state regulations and facility policies regarding medication management and resident care.
Collaboration:
Work closely with nurses and caregivers to monitor residents' health and report any concerns.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of medication administration and resident interactions.

Detail-Oriented:
Ensures precise medication administration and meticulous record-keeping.

Experience & Education Requirements:
Certification:
Valid Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification required.
Experience:
Prior experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred.
Knowledge:
