We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Medication Technician (MedTech) to join our evening care team. In this role, you will administer medications, assist residents with daily care needs, and help maintain a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members Follow all community policies and state regulations Qualifications Current Virginia Medication Technician certification required Previous senior living, assisted living, or long-term care experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
