• Part-time, Full-time, PRN Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to patients according to prescribed dosages and schedules
• Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications
• Document medication administration and any observed changes in patients' conditions
• Assist with phlebotomy procedures as needed
• Provide patient care and support, including assistance with activities of daily living
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Valid Medication Aide certification
• Experience in a healthcare setting, such as a hospital, medical office, or hospice care facility
• Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with medical office systems (e.g., Epic)
• Ability to provide compassionate care to patients, particularly those with dementia or other cognitive impairments
• Proficiency in catheter care and other relevant nursing skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
