Medication Technician

NorthCare Washington is hiring a Full Time Medication Technician to support our care team and ensure safe, accurate medication administration. This role provides leadership and guidance to care staff while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Administer and document medications per physician orders and state regulations Maintain organized and compliant medication carts and records Support and mentor care staff, promoting teamwork and accountability Greet visitors, answer phones, and assist with daily facility operations Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with other medication technicians

Qualifications:

HCA license, CNA, or equivalent Nurse Delegation Core and Diabetes certifications 1+ year of healthcare or assisted living experience Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
