At Birchview Memory Care in Sedro Woolley, we value and honor our senior population, their families and our staff. As our Medication Aide, you will be empowered to work with our staff and amazing residents on our mission to provide the best care and quality of life possible for our seniors. We believe in a resident-centered approach to tailor the care and needs of each resident by supporting their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. This position will provide shift supervision of Resident Caregivers but is limited to direct supervision. We are seeking team members who can: be reliable, dependable, and a supportive team member adjusts promptly and calmly to change effectively organizes, assembles and arranges resources to meet goals works well with others and displays a practical approach to solving problems displays trust, and mutual understanding with residents, families, and coworkers
