We are currently hiring for day, evening, and night shifts. Optional on-call opportunities are available for team members who are interested in picking up additional hours. Medication Technicians play a critical role in ensuring safe medication administration and supporting residents in accordance with individualized care plans.

Requirements:

Current CNA or HCA certification in Washington State (required) Ability to obtain and maintain Nurse Delegation certification (Employer support available for delegation certification) Strong attention to detail Accurate and timely documentation skills Professional communication Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities:

Administer medications safely and accurately under nurse delegation Complete medication documentation in compliance with state regulations Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly Assist with ADLs as needed Collaborate with nursing and leadership teams
