Med Tech / Full-Time Opportunities Riverwest Retirement Community | Wenatchee, WA Hiring Now Join a team where your work truly matters. What You'll Do As a Med Tech you will provide compassionate, hands-on care that helps residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, etc.) Administer and manage medications Support caregivers and collaborate with your team Observe and report changes in resident condition Build positive relationships with residents and families What We're Looking For Experience as a Med Tech (preferred for Med Tech roles) Caregiving experience in assisted living or memory care (preferred but not required) Ability to follow written and verbal directions and maintain accurate records Positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude Strong communication skills and compassion for working with seniors Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED We will train the right caregiver candidates.
